I was born and raised here in Greeley, Colorado and went to the University of Northern Colorado where I received my bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science while minoring in coaching and nutrition. I am a Christian man who prays every day. I have been involved in sports for most of my life, and eventually I gravitated towards Track and Field and ended up running for UNC for all 4 years of college. I have always enjoyed exercise and I love helping people improve themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am all about exercise at every age, regardless of what physical limitations you might have. I believe in working with your limitations and not around them, then improving from there.
