Included in your membership is a wide variety of group fitness classes to help you meet your fitness goals.
From relaxing mind-body programs to heart-pumping Boot Camp, classes are led by experienced instructors who ensure you get the most out of each class.
STRENGTH TRAINING
- Power Up – A total body workout utilizing a variety of equipment, including hand weights, body bar, and tubing and bands to strengthen and tone muscles. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
- Boot Camp – A hard core, back to basics workout challenge in cardiovascular and strength that may feature anything from calisthenics to weight training to intense cardiovascular conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels; please modify to personal fitness level.
ENDURANCE TRAINING
- Spinning – Get an intense cardiovascular workout that simulates cycling through courses while focusing on speed and resistance. Group motivation, excellent cross training and great for all fitness levels. Burn 400-900 calories per class!
- Zumba – An exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring, easy-to-follow movements set to upbeat Latin rhythms. This unique fitness program introduces Latin dance such as: salsa, cumbia, meringue, and reggaetone. All fitness levels are welcome.
- EVOLVE – Specialty class with focus on cardio-strength-stretching. Each portion will be approximately 20min(60 min total class time) and use MYZONE to help you achieve the proper heart rate. Be sure to get your MYZONE belt to take full advantage of this class!
- ReBoot - In Reboot you will have what you know about traditional bootcamp classes reimagined. Integrating movements that will get your heart pumping, muscles burning, sweat dripping. You will strengthen your body in more ways than one. This class meant for all levels of fitness. Don't get stuck in your routine.... ReBoot.
MIND & BODY
- Mat Pilates – A total body workout utilizing a variety of equipment, including hand weights, body bar, and tubing and bands to strengthen and tone muscles. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
FITNESS
- Body Conditioning – Encompasses many formats including Pilates, yoga, dance and sports conditioning. Also incorporates dynamic balance, strength, and functional training.
- Cycle Strength - Spin bike infused fitness with boot camp style training
- Dream Cycle - 45 MINUTE STRENGTH AND CYCLE CLASS THAT INCLUDES FREE WEIGHTS
KICKBOXING-Requires a KickBoxing Fitness Membership-NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR GYM MEMBERSHIPS
Kickboxing Fitness (Beginner/Intermediate)- This 45 minute foundational class will teach you the basic techniques required for Muay Thai based kickboxing! You'll learn how to correctly throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, while getting a high intensity workout, designed to hit every heart rate zone! This class is beginner-friendly, but also challenging for even the toughest fitness enthusiasts!
Kickboxing Fitness (Advanced)- This 60 minute class will cover advanced Muay Thai techniques to expand your kickboxing skill set! You will be pushed much harder in this class and it will include additional kickboxing drills to further sharpen your skills. We will still target every heart rate zone throughout the class, while you learn advanced striking, footwork, and practical techniques. Please take at least 20 of the beginner classes before trying this class, or speak to coach Tony to be approved sooner.
Dirty 30- This 30 minute kickboxing class is designed for all fitness levels and will focus on high intensity heart rate zones to burn a lot of calories in a short time! It will include a mix of fun and challenging kickboxing combos to help improve your cardio, balance, and muscle tone! Perfect for those with a busy life or a short attention span!
