Kickboxing Fitness (Beginner/Intermediate)- This 45 minute foundational class will teach you the basic techniques required for Muay Thai based kickboxing! You'll learn how to correctly throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, while getting a high intensity workout, designed to hit every heart rate zone! This class is beginner-friendly, but also challenging for even the toughest fitness enthusiasts!
Kickboxing Fitness (Advanced)- This 60 minute class will cover advanced Muay Thai techniques to expand your kickboxing skill set! You will be pushed much harder in this class and it will include additional kickboxing drills to further sharpen your skills. We will still target every heart rate zone throughout the class, while you learn advanced striking, footwork, and practical techniques. Please take at least 20 of the beginner classes before trying this class, or speak to coach Tony to be approved sooner.
Dirty 30- This 30 minute kickboxing class is designed for all fitness levels and will focus on high intensity heart rate zones to burn a lot of calories in a short time! It will include a mix of fun and challenging kickboxing combos to help improve your cardio, balance, and muscle tone! Perfect for those with a busy life or a short attention span!
